- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well in container or ziplock bag.
- 2 add lamb and marinade at least 30 minutes.
- 3 grill, or bake lamb, as desired.
