Broiled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 lamb chops
Recipe
- 1 ina a saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients; bring to a boil.
- 2 reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 set aside half of the sauce.
- 4 place chops on broiling pan rack.
- 5 broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side.
- 6 brush with remaining sauce.
- 7 continue broiling, turning and basting occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until juices run clear.
- 8 serve with reserved sauce.
