- 6 lamb chops, 1 inch thick

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops in a skillet.
- 2 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 spread undiluted soup over chops.
- 4 reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- 5 gravy may be diluted if desired.
