Slow Cooker Shoyu Lamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (4 pound) lamb butt roast
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup sake
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

    Ready Time: 8 hrs 10 mins

  • place the lamb roast into the bottom of a slow cooker. pour the tomato sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sake, and garlic into a bowl, and stir until the sugar has dissolved. pour the mixture over the lamb roast. cover the slow cooker, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
