- place the lamb roast into the bottom of a slow cooker. pour the tomato sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sake, and garlic into a bowl, and stir until the sugar has dissolved. pour the mixture over the lamb roast. cover the slow cooker, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
