Onion Rice Pilaf
Ingredients

-  1/2 small onion, chopped 
-  1 tablespoon butter 
-  1 cup uncooked calrose rice, rinsed 
-  1 1/2 cups chicken broth

- heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. stir in the onion, and cook until soft and translucent.
