Peking Lamb Bites

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lean lamb 
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumb 
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 
- 1 green onion, minced 
- 1 egg, lightly beaten 
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce 
- 3/4 cup red currant jelly 
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot or 1 teaspoon ground ginger 
-  sesame seeds 
Recipe
- 1 lamb bites: in a bowl combine ground lamb bread crumbs hoisin sauce garlic green onion and egg: mix well. 
- 2 shape into 1 inch balls. 
- 3 place meatballs on prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until browned. 
- 4 transfer to slow cooker. 
- 5 peking sauce: in a 4 cup measure or bowl combine hoisin sauce red currant jelly lemon juice garlic and ginger; mix well and pour over meatballs.
