cranberry apple gelatin mold
Ingredients
- Servings: 12
-  1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce 
-  1 (3 ounce) package raspberry flavored jell-o® mix 
-  1 cup water 
-  1/4 teaspoon salt 
-  1 cup lemon yogurt 
-  2 apples, cored and diced with peel 
-  2 large orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size 
-  1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
Recipe
- in a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce and water until sauce melts. add gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves. remove from heat. stir in the apples, oranges, walnuts and yogurt.
