Bar-b-cued Country Lamb Ribs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless country-style lamb ribs, cut in 2 in chunks
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 drops hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
  • 2 shake the ribs in this mixture.
  • 3 brown ribs in hot oil.
  • 4 mix water with remaining ingredients.
  • 5 pour over ribs.
  • 6 bring to a boil.
