Bar-b-cued Country Lamb Ribs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless country-style lamb ribs, cut in 2 in chunks
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 drops hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
- 2 shake the ribs in this mixture.
- 3 brown ribs in hot oil.
- 4 mix water with remaining ingredients.
- 5 pour over ribs.
- 6 bring to a boil.
- 7 reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
- 8 add water if necessary while cooking.
