Cola Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup cola
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 8 lamb chops
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 place lamb chops in shallow baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
• 3 mix cola, ketchup and brown sugar in a bowl; pour over lamb chops.
• 4 cover and bake for 1 hour (more or less depending on thickness of chops).
