Crock Pot Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 -5 lbs boneless lamb spareribs, cut into pieces
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2-1 cup water
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 place half the ribs in a slow cooker and top with half the onion.
- 2 repeat layers.
- 3 combine the remaining ingredients and pour over all.
- 4 cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until ribs are tender.
