- 4 lbs lamb loin
- 12 ounces italian dressing
- salt
- pepper
- meat tenderizer
Recipe
- 1 place lamb in 13x9-inch pan. sprinkle salt, pepper and meat tenderizer on top. pour italian dressing all over lamb and let the rest stay in the bottom of pan.
- 2 cook about 1 hour (depending on size of lamb).
