- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup shredded italian cheese blend
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tablespoon ground fennel
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- oil, for frying
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 form into patties then fry in hot oil.
