Lori's Oriental Zinfandel Lamb

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 3 (3 ounce) packages oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
• 3 1/2 lbs lamb (cubed)
• 2 onions (minced)
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 6 thai red chili peppers (seeded, minced)
• 1 (8 ounce) jar zinfandel jelly
• 1 cup chicken broth

Recipe

• 1 separate nodles from flavor packets.
• 2 combine packets with the lamb, onions, garlic, chilies, jelly and broth.
• 3 place in a crockpot. cover. cook on low for 8 hours.
• 4 cook noodles per directions.
• 5 drain. place on plates. top with mix.
