- 1 lb thick smoked bacon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup, pure
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 place a large wire rack on top of a large jelly-roll pan.
- 3 place bacon strips on top of wire rack.
- 4 drizzle maple syrup over bacon pieces.
- 5 bake in oven for approximately 20-30 minutes.
- 6 remove and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
