Meatballs Or Meatloaf By Vivian (excellent)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs fresh ground lamb
- 2 lbs smoked ham (ground)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix & form the meatball ingredients into medium to large meatballs or a loaf.
- 2 place meatballs into a deep baking dish or roasting pan, or if you're making a loaf, place the meat mix into a loaf dish or pan.
- 3 mix the topping ingredients & cover the meatballs with the topping sauce mix.
- 4 bake approximately 2 hours at 325°, basting 2 or 3 times.
