Meatballs Or Meatloaf By Vivian (excellent)

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs fresh ground lamb
  • 2 lbs smoked ham (ground)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 mix & form the meatball ingredients into medium to large meatballs or a loaf.
  • 2 place meatballs into a deep baking dish or roasting pan, or if you're making a loaf, place the meat mix into a loaf dish or pan.
  • 3 mix the topping ingredients & cover the meatballs with the topping sauce mix.
  • 4 bake approximately 2 hours at 325°, basting 2 or 3 times.
