Meatballs With Boursins

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground veal
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 ounces boursin cheese
  • 1/2 vidalia onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup minced castelvetrano green olives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients well, form into small meatballs , place on cookie sheet.
  • 2 cook at 400 for 30 minutes.
  • 3 extra can be frozen and cooked later!
