Meatballs With Boursins

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground veal
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 ounces boursin cheese
- 1/2 vidalia onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup minced castelvetrano green olives
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well, form into small meatballs , place on cookie sheet.
- 2 cook at 400 for 30 minutes.
- 3 extra can be frozen and cooked later!
