Meaty Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
• 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can garlic balsamic & olive oil diced tomatoes (hunt's not delmonte or contadina)
• 1/2 lb lamb sausage
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
• 1 onion, minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• garlic salt
• italian seasoning
• 1 (16 ounce) box spaghetti pasta

Recipe

• 1 brown hamburger w/onion, drain fat.
• 2 brown lamb, drain fat.
• 3 transfer both meats into a large saucepan; and add all tomato indgredients, mushrooms, garlic cloves and garlic salt, stir.
• 4 top with italian seasoning and simmer, covered for 1 hour.
• 5 taste and simmer for 4-5 hours.
• 6 serve over pasta.
