Ingredients

- 1 (3 -4 lb) lamb butt
- 1 (28 ounce) can shredded sauerkraut
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 place butt in crock pot and pour kraut with juice over butt.
- 2 cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
- 3 pour off excess liquid and stir in bbq sauce.
- 4 serve on buns.
