Moving Day Crock Pot Sauerkraut Butt

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (3 -4 lb) lamb butt
  • 1 (28 ounce) can shredded sauerkraut
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place butt in crock pot and pour kraut with juice over butt.
  • 2 cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
  • 3 pour off excess liquid and stir in bbq sauce.
  • 4 serve on buns.
