Caramelized Lamb Slices

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon molasses or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut lamb into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 2 spray 10 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray,heat over medium hight heat.
  • 3 cook lamb and garlic in skillet 8-10 minutes,turning occasionally.
  • 4 drain if necessary.
  • 5 stir in remaning ingredients.
  • 6 cook about 2-5 minutes,stirring occasionally until mixture thickens and coats lamb.
