Caramelized Lamb Slices

Ingredients

- 1 lb lamb tenderloin
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon molasses or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into 1/2 inch slices.
- 2 spray 10 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray,heat over medium hight heat.
- 3 cook lamb and garlic in skillet 8-10 minutes,turning occasionally.
- 4 drain if necessary.
- 5 stir in remaning ingredients.
- 6 cook about 2-5 minutes,stirring occasionally until mixture thickens and coats lamb.
