Jimmy Dean Balls

Ingredients

• 2 (12 ounce) packages jimmy dean spicy sausage (or 1 spicy and 1 regular, if you don't like it hot)
• 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

• 1 mix the sausage, water chestnuts and parsley well.
• 2 roll into balls~3/4-1 inch diameter.
• 3 space on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees f for~25-30 minutes.
• 4 drain on paper towels.
