Korean Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 -8 slices bacon
  • 3 -4 lamb tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 wrap bacon around tenderloins; fasten with toothpicks.
  • 2 place meat in a baking dish.
  • 3 combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
