Lake Worth Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -5 boneless lamb chops (3/4 in thick)
  • 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup wine

Recipe

  • 1 place chops in shallow, rectangular container (plastic or glass, approx. 12 in x 6 in).
  • 2 pour italian dressing and cooking wine over chops.
  • 3 let sit for an hour or a day, depending on how long you have to marinade the meat.
  • 4 when ready, pan fry chops on stove top in 12 in skillet with marinade over medium/med high heat until lamb is thoroughly cooked (approx. 10-12 minutes).
