Peppered Chicken With Watercress

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 ounces watercress
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper boursin cheese
  • 2 skinless chicken breasts, bone-in
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 lb new potato

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 356ºf.
  • 2 chop a handful of watercress, then mix into the cheese.
