Peppered Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 trim off excess fat and discard.
  • 2 mix spices together and rub over the tenderloin.
