Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 trim off excess fat and discard.
- 2 mix spices together and rub over the tenderloin.
- 3 place in a shallow roasting pan.
- 4 bake at 425 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until internal temperature reads 155 degrees.
