Italian Sausage Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (19 7/8 ounce) package italian mild sausage links, grilled and coin-sliced
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 large red pepper, sliced into chunks and sauteed
  • 26 ounces pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cook rigatoni according to package instructions, keep warm.
  • 2 in large pan, place olive oil and garlic. saute lightly for about 30 seconds. add pepper and cook until crisp tender.
  • 3 combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat till warm.
  • 4 mix with rigatoni and top with fresh parsley.
