Pepperoncini Lamb Roast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless lamb roast
  • 1 cup minced pepperoncini pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 3 cups chopped broccoli or 3 cups spinach or 3 cups asparagus, steamed

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients except green vegetable in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. serve with steamed vegetable.
