- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 pounds bone-in country style lamb ribs

- combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, rice , sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl. pour half the sauce into a slow cooker; top with ribs. drizzle with remaining sauce.
- cover and cook on low until lamb is tender, about 3 hours. thicken cooking juices in a small skillet over medium heat, if desired.
