chinese lamb ribs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 pounds bone-in country style lamb ribs

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

    Ready Time: 3 hrs 10 mins

  • combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, rice , sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl. pour half the sauce into a slow cooker; top with ribs. drizzle with remaining sauce.
  • cover and cook on low until lamb is tender, about 3 hours. thicken cooking juices in a small skillet over medium heat, if desired.
