Lamb Chops With Dill Pickle Marinade

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 center cut lamb chops
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 16 mins Ready Time: 8 hrs 21 mins

  • arrange lamb chops in a shallow dish. cover with pickle juice. marinate in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.
  • preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
  • drain, and discard marinade. season lamb chops with salt and pepper. grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until meat is no longer pink.
