Kate' Famous Ham Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar green olives, chopped fine
  • 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, chopped fine
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, chopped fine
  • 1 lb boiled deli ham, thickly sliced
  • toothpick

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, mix the softened cream chesee with the green and black olives and pimiento until all the olives are covered well and the cream cheese is really soft.
  • 2 lay out a piece of ham and spread the mixture on it evenly -- just a light coating of it, but not so light that you can see through it. roll the piece of ham jelly-roll style and place it on a plate. repeat this procedure with the rest of the ham.
  • 3 cover the plate with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. right before serving, bring the plate out and cut the pieces of ham into 3/4-inch bites. put a toothpick through each bite and put them on a platter to serve.
