- 4 lamb chops
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces butter
Recipe
- 1 combine lemon juice, curry powder, salt and sugar.
- 2 brush mixture over the chops and let stand for 2 hours to absorb the flavors.
