Ingredients
- 6 quarts water
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons ground mustard
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
Recipe
- 1 boil all to dissolve. chill to temp of ribs before adding meat.
