Mother In Law's Meatballs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 750 g ground meat (think any meat, but i mostly use beef or beef and lamb in equal parts)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (not baking soda)
  • salt & pepper
  • about 1/4 cup vinegar (ordinary kind and this depends on your taste)

Recipe

  • 1 mix together, but lastly add the baking powder.
  • 2 roll into balls, place in medium heated pan with a little oil, not to hot, on the stove top.
  • 3 turn carefully a few times until done. ( the time will depend on the size of the balls, but generally about 15 to a max of 25 minutes.).
