Mother In Law's Meatballs

Ingredients
- 750 g ground meat (think any meat, but i mostly use beef or beef and lamb in equal parts)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (not baking soda)
- salt & pepper
- about 1/4 cup vinegar (ordinary kind and this depends on your taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix together, but lastly add the baking powder.
- 2 roll into balls, place in medium heated pan with a little oil, not to hot, on the stove top.
- 3 turn carefully a few times until done. ( the time will depend on the size of the balls, but generally about 15 to a max of 25 minutes.).
