escalloped pineapple

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • stir bread crumbs, pineapple, sugar, margarine, and eggs together in a bowl. pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
