Serbian Lamb And Beef Casserole
Ingredients

-  1/8 cup olive oil 
-  1 pound ground beef 
-  1/4 cup bacon 
-  4 lamb hocks, meat removed 
-  2 onions, chopped 
-  1/4 teaspoon salt 
-  1/4 teaspoon pepper 
-  1 (14.5 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained 
-  2 cups uncooked short-grain white rice 
-  4 cups chicken broth

- preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c). 
- heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. brown ground beef, bacon, lamb meat from hocks, and onions. season with salt and pepper. stir in sauerkraut and rice. transfer contents to a casserole, and stir in chicken broth.
