Baked Pineapple With Tapioca

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • in a small baking dish, mix the pineapple with juice, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, and tapioca.
  • bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until set.
