kimchi soup

- 2 cups kimchi, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 pound boneless lamb shoulder, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 green onions, chopped

- stir water, kimchi, lamb shoulder, hot pepper paste, sugar, and salt together in a pot; bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes. remove from heat and stir in green onions.
