Easy Apricot Dijon Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless lamb chops 
- 1/2 cup apricot jam (or orange marmalade works too) 
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard 
-  sea salt 
-  olive oil 
Recipe
- 1 whisk together jelly and mustard in a small saucepan. heat on medium low, covered, stirring occasionally. 
- 2 rub both sides of lamb chops with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. 
- 3 broil lamb chops for 10 minutes.
