Marinated Lamb Strips

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy sauce 
- 3 tablespoons sugar 
- 2 tablespoons minced onions 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger 
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds 
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
- 2 lamb tenderloin, fat trimmed 
Recipe
- 1 in a medium dish, or bowl, mix together soy sauce,sugar,onion,garlic,sesame seeds,and oil. 
- 2 add lamb, and turn to coat. 
- 3 cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning and basting often. 
- 4 preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c). 
- 5 remove lamb from marinade, reserving marinade, and transfer to a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. 
- 6 bake for 45 minutes. 
- 7 cut into 1/4 inch slices. 
- 8 while the meat is roasting, boil reserved marinade for 3-5 minutes.
