Marinated Lamb Strips

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 lamb tenderloin, fat trimmed

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium dish, or bowl, mix together soy sauce,sugar,onion,garlic,sesame seeds,and oil.
  • 2 add lamb, and turn to coat.
  • 3 cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning and basting often.
  • 4 preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
  • 5 remove lamb from marinade, reserving marinade, and transfer to a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • 6 bake for 45 minutes.
  • 7 cut into 1/4 inch slices.
  • 8 while the meat is roasting, boil reserved marinade for 3-5 minutes.
  • 9 serve with lamb strips.
