Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 3 lbs lean lamb, cut into strips, browned and drained well
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except lamb strips in crock pot and stir well.
- 2 add lamb and stir to coat.
- 3 cook on low, covered, for 8-10 hours.
