Leftover Ham And Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups chopped ham
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles.
- 2 stir lemon into milk and let stand.
- 3 spray 13 x 9 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- 4 combine ham, milk mixture, eggs, salt & pepper, and cheese with cooked and drained noodles, and any extra veggies.
- 5 pour mixture into dish, dot with butter or breadcrumbs.
- 6 bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
