- 4 1/2 lbs lamb spareribs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 325' f.
- 2 place ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- 3 bake uncovered 1 hour.
- 4 mix molasses and mustard.
- 5 stir in vinegar.
- 6 brush ribs with this sauce.
- 7 bake ribs an additional 45 minutes (until tender), uncovered, brushing frequently with sauce.
