- 2 lamb chops
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 8 ounces salsa
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb on each side with garlic in a skillet over medium high heat, about 6-9 minutes.
- 2 mix preserves and salsa in a measuring cup.
- 3 pour over chops.
- 4 cover and simmer for at least 15 minutes. (the longer the better, i just don't ever have any more time!).
- 5 serve over rice!
