Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 -8 boneless lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 in a large resealable bag, combine honey, vinegar, vanilla, paprika, dry mustard, pepper, salt and water. add lamb chops. seal and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 2 panfry lamb chops in oil over medium heat until golden brown and no longer pink in center.
