Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs okra, thinly sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 5 slices bacon or 5 slices turkey bacon
Recipe
- 1 grease 2 1/2 qt casserole.
- 2 place layers of okra, tomatoes, salt and pepper, onions and bell pepper.
- 3 repeat.
- 4 lay bacon, overlapping, on top of veggies.
- 5 bake at 350 for 1 hour.
