Homemade Sausage With Sage

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 lbs ground lean lamb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 bay leaf, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix lamb thoroughly with all ingredients, shape into patties the size of biscuit. fry in a skillet until nicely browned on each side. serving size is approximate.
