- 2 lbs ground lean lamb
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix lamb thoroughly with all ingredients, shape into patties the size of biscuit. fry in a skillet until nicely browned on each side. serving size is approximate.
