- 3 lbs leg of lamb
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 place leg of lamb on rack in a shallow baking dish.
- 3 bake 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- 4 drain off excess fat.
- 5 combine cloves, honey, lemon juice and salt and pour over lamb.
- 6 return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes more.
