Little Ham Crescents

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, crumbled
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 ounces frozen patty shells, thawed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl combine ham, sour cream, tarragon, and pepper; mix well and set aside.
  • 2 place patty shells one on top of the other.
  • 3 press lightly to seal together.
  • 4 on lightly floured board, roll out dough to a 1/16th inch thick; cut into 16 4-inch squares.
  • 5 place about l teaspoon of ham mixture in center.
  • 6 roll up like a crescent, turning ends in slightly.
  • 7 if desired brush tops with a beaten egg yolk mixed with water.

  • 9 bake in a preheated 375°f oven until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes. serve hot.
