Little Ham Crescents

Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon tarragon, crumbled
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 10 ounces frozen patty shells, thawed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl combine ham, sour cream, tarragon, and pepper; mix well and set aside.
- 2 place patty shells one on top of the other.
- 3 press lightly to seal together.
- 4 on lightly floured board, roll out dough to a 1/16th inch thick; cut into 16 4-inch squares.
- 5 place about l teaspoon of ham mixture in center.
- 6 roll up like a crescent, turning ends in slightly.
- 7 if desired brush tops with a beaten egg yolk mixed with water.
- 8 place on jelly roll pan.
- 9 bake in a preheated 375°f oven until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes. serve hot.
