Mushroom Lamb Chops

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pinch garlic salt (to taste)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Recipe

  • 1 season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  • 2 in a large skillet, brown the chops over medium-high heat. add the onion and mushrooms, and saute for a few minutes.
  • 3 mix 1/4 cup milk and cream of mushroom in a bowl, start with 1/4 cup of milk and add another 1/4 cup to reach desired consistancy then pour over chops. cover skillet, and reduce heat to medium-low.
  • 4 simmer 15-20 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.
