Easy Cheesy Lamb Chops!

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- milk (enough to fill up can)
- olive oil (enough to brown lamb chops in)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 using an electric frying pan, brown lamb chops in olive oil.
- 2 remove from pan.
- 3 lower heat and add can of cheese soup, then fill can with milk and add that inches.
- 4 stir with whisk until smooth.
- 5 add lamb chops, potatoes and onion.
- 6 bring temperature up to simmer.
- 7 simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8 serve in a casserole dish.
- 9 (very rich & delicious!).
