Grams Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 small onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl add buttermilk and bread crumbs stir until combine set a side for 5 minutes.
- 2 in a large bowl add the meats and the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 combine the mixture with clean hands.
- 4 roll the meat mixture into 1 inch balls.
- 5 add the meatballs into a skillet on meduim heat.
- 6 brown on all sides.
- 7 cover and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 8 put meatballs in your favorite sauce cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
