Grams Meatballs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl add buttermilk and bread crumbs stir until combine set a side for 5 minutes.
  • 2 in a large bowl add the meats and the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 combine the mixture with clean hands.
  • 4 roll the meat mixture into 1 inch balls.
  • 5 add the meatballs into a skillet on meduim heat.
  • 6 brown on all sides.
  • 7 cover and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 8 put meatballs in your favorite sauce cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
